Gentle Yoga

Don't worry if you don't know all the names of poses or whether you can touch your toes. Whether this is your first class or 100th, you will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and smiling! Instructor Janine Bailey has designed a gentle, easygoing class that is suitable for any body type or fitness level. Her knowledge of therapeutics mixed with her down to earth nature and humor create a fun environment that is also very nurturing.

Gentle Yoga Tuesday 9:00am – 10:00am
Summer I: June 2 - June 23 (4 weeks)
Summer II: June 30 - July 21 (4 weeks)
Summer III: August 4 - August 25 (4 weeks)

Gentle Yoga Thursday 9:00am – 10:00am
Summer I: June 11 - June 25 (3 weeks)
Summer II: July 2 - July 23 (4 weeks)
Summer III: August 6 - August 27 (4 weeks)

Fee: $55 for each 4 week session, $40 for the 3 week session, $100 for both Tuesday and Thursday
