Don't worry if you don't know all the names of poses or whether you can touch your toes. Whether this is your first class or 100th, you will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and smiling! Instructor Janine Bailey has designed a gentle, easygoing class that is suitable for any body type or fitness level. Her knowledge of therapeutics mixed with her down to earth nature and humor create a fun environment that is also very nurturing.

Winter II: February 14 – March 23 (6 weeks)
Spring I: April 4 - May 18
Tuesday and/or Thursday 9:00am – 10:00am
Age: Adult/Senior
Instructor: Janine Bailey, a professional yoga instructor for over 9 years
Fee: $70 for the 5 week session, $84 for the 6 week session
