Gentle Yoga

Don't worry if you don't know all the names of poses or whether you can touch your toes. Whether this is your first class or 100th, you will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and smiling! Instructor Janine Bailey has designed a gentle, easygoing class that is suitable for any body type or fitness level. Her knowledge of therapeutics mixed with her down to earth nature and humor create a fun environment that is also very nurturing.

Spring I: March 29 – April 21 (4 weeks)

Spring II: April 26 – May 19 (4 weeks)

Tuesday 9:00am – 10:00am

Thursday 9:00am – 10:00am

Age: Adult/Senior

Instructor: Janine Bailey, a professional yoga instructor for over 8 years

Fee: $70 for each 5 week session, $56 for each 4 week session
