CLASS AND WORKSHOP REGISTRATION INFORMATION
You may register in person at the main office, by phone or online at www.CCLCF.org (if paying by credit card). We accept checks, cash, Visa, or MasterCard. There is a $15.00 fee for each returned check.
Sign up early! This ensures your place in high-demand classes. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make every effort to register prior to the start date of the class. Your registration may make the difference as to whether a class runs or is canceled. Class spaces are held only for registrants who have paid in full. The cost of classes is not pro-rated. Make-up classes and credit for missed classes are not available.
CAMP RUNAMUK CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICIES:
Two week’s notice is required for all refunds and transfers. Cancellations up to two weeks prior to each session will receive a full refund minus $50 non-refundable fee per child. If less than two weeks notice, no refund will be given. No exceptions. For instance, if you would like to cancel week 4, you must call the office on Monday of week 2 no later than 5:00 p.m. Please call the camp office for any registration questions or changes. The on-site camp staff may not be available to handle registration. If the camper cannot attend Camp due to injury or illness, we will need a signed doctor’s note for consideration of refund. The signed Waiver Form will include your signature stating you have read and understand the cancellation / refund policies.
CLASS AND WORKSHOP CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
CCLCF does not give advance confirmation of enrollment. You should consider yourself registered in a class unless otherwise notified. To verify registration call us at 818/790-4353.
We will make every effort to notify registered students by phone of changes/cancellations. CCLCF reserves the right to discontinue, postpone, combine classes and/or change instructors. Students will automatically be given a full refund for classes, which are canceled by the CCLCF, unless the student requests a transfer of enrollment fees to another class. Make-up classes will be scheduled for classes canceled by the CCLCF. Outdoor classes will be canceled in the event of rain, please call to confirm cancellation. For the benefit of other learners, disruptive behavior is not tolerated. If a student is asked to leave a class because of disruptive behavior, tuition is non-refundable.
CLASS AND WORKSHOP REFUND AND CREDIT POLICY:
Refunds are given when a class or program is cancelled by the CCLCF. If you need to cancel your registration, in order to receive a refund you must notify the office by telephone, in writing, or in person at least FIVE (5) working days prior to the first class meeting. There are no refunds after classes begin. If a student chooses to withdraw after the first class, a prorated credit can be requested. No credits will be issued after the second class.
BEHAVIOR GUIDELINES:
The safety of our participants is our number one concern. Parents will be informed of their child’s unacceptable behavior. Rules include respecting fellow participants and do not cause physical harm to others.
PHOTO RELEASE:
I give permission to use photographs. During events, programs, sessions, camps, furndraisers and classes, CCLCF staff will take photos for the local newspapers, promotional purposes, CCLCF website, marketing and the CCLCF Facebook page.
WAIVER:
All students involved in a program shall be deemed to have waived all claims against the CCLCF for injury, accident, illness, or death occurring during or by reason of the program or activities.
In case of emergency, I authorize any licensed physician, nurse or hospital to render such medical aid as may deemed necessary and/or desirable.
